A project cannot run endlessly it has to come to an end.
3) Teamwork:
Project needs team work for its successful completion.
4) Life cycle:
A project has life cycle which is reflected by growth and maturity.
5) Changes:
Large project may face some changes during its life. Some changes does not affect the project but some may change the entire character of the project. Therefore only feasible changes can be incorporated during execution.
6) Uniqueness:
Every project is unique in its features. No two project are exactly similar to the nature of both is similar.
7) Made to order:
A project is always made to the order of its client. The client put his requirements as well as constraints within which the project must get executed.
8) Unity of diversity:
A project is a complex set of variety. Diversifying resources are being used for the execution but their target is common.
9) High level of subcontracting:
Major portion of project can be done through subcontractors. High level of subcontracting is preferred in case of big projects.
10) Risks and uncertainties:
Every project has risk and uncertainties associated with it.
